Money ****** by staff at Mr price Watercrest mall

Good day Please note that this is a complaint based on my experience at the Watercrest mall branch. In September 2021 I had made a cash payment of R400 towards my account to the staff member on duty. I was told that the receipt will be sent to me via email of which I never received. In October 2021 I had made another payment in cash of R400 and the cashier advised me that the system was offline to print out the receipt due to load shedding and I should come back later to fetch the receipt. I went back into the store later that day and was told that they could not do a reprint for me and I should once again check my statement. Since November 2021, I've been getting calls stating that my account is in arrears of which I CANNOT UNDERSTAND because I am aware that I paid. I requested to see camera footage of the 2 months that I know I paid and was told that I was unable to. I don't have any proof of payment due to the fact that I was not supp**** with any form of POP. My account is now in arrears, my credit score is now negatively affected and I get numerous calls to pay for an account that I have already made payment on. When I did visit the store in November I was told that the lady that assisted me had resigned so there was no way of retrieving my money or at least POP. is this how Mr price makes extra money of innocent and honest people??? Had I known of this I should never have dealt with Mr price at all!!! Please assist before I take this issue to East coast radio consumer watch!
