Money *****ers

On the 26th of November I went to this store with a friend.A decision I regret,to purchase some items for my friend. Everything was well until I had to pay, there was a line as usual and the person in charged asked us to pay at the mechine at the fitting room,yes fitting room.We get there we pay the R459 but the machine does not issue a slip,we are sent back to the guy who asked us to go there.By this time the money is deducted from my account. We explain to that idiot what happened and he insists that the transaction didn't go through,I go as far as showing him on my cellphone that it went through but insists nothing happened n goes and swipes my card again.Now this is more than R800 taken for things I could not take out with me,as my friend really needed them I get cash to pay for them.EVEN AFTER THAT I STILL DO NOT HAVE MY MONEY BACK,HOW IS IT THAT THEY MAKE THAT MISTAKE,TAKE MY MONEY AND THINK IT IS RIGHT TO KEEP IT.I WANT MY MONEY BACK FROM THESE MONEY *****ERS,AM NOT EVEN A MR PRICE PERSON BECAUSE OF SUCH THINGS.<br> PAY BACK MY MONEY.
