Money paid but no goods received

My overall experience with Mr Price in Somerset West was appalling to say the least. I was treated like a ******** in the store by the branch manager on Duty. After purchasing my items their systems did not communicate with each other and I was told that the transaction failed, although I contacted my bank while in store and they assured me as well as the manager on duty that the transaction was successful, I was told that I could not keep my items. I have confirmed with my bank and have given Mr Price proof of my payment and yet I have not received my goods or money back. I am told to wait as I am not the only customer with this dilemma and they can not give me a timeline on when I will be receiving my refund. I find this utterly ridiculous. So they have my money and I have nothing....it is like banging your head against a brick wall. No customer service at all, if I don't contact them they definitely will forget about me.
