Money not refunded

order an item from online and I got a call from Justin to say its out of stock. told him I want a refund and not a voucher. he asked if I could send my baking details which was on the 30th March 2015 and said it will take 24-48hrs to clear into my account. I called Justin on the 31st March to tell him I received a voucher even though I told him I want a refund. he didn't ask for the voucher number and simply said the voucher has been cancel. 4days past and still hadn't received my refund and I called on 7th April and dealt with a different person, Mary. she promised to call me back with feedback regarding how far along is my refund, I specifically asked if I should call her after lunch if I haven't received any call and she said no, she will certainly call. even now I haven't received a call. now I call again, dealt with a different guy and he tells me he cant do anything cause Justin is on leave, and Maria only comes in later. I mean im sure Mr price has a centralized system, but yet if the person working on the case is not there, I cant me helped. this is utter nonsense. Non of the managers and team supervisors are not available to assist
