Money has been taken!!!

I made an online purchase using the mobile app

My money was deducted from my account yet I have received no order number or delivery tracking number... The call centre agent I spoke with was very polite and professional but still could not give me solid answers or assistance in regards to prrof of my purchase

Basically, my money has been taken but I have been given no proof of my purchase and even after asking for one I still cannot be assisted ****************...
