Money gone, no order. Poor service

So I bought stuff on the mr price app on the 16th of Nov, after mr price had deducted the amount off my bank account their app failed to generate an order. Money gone but items still remained in cart. I gave them a call and asked them and they told me to give them 24 - 48 hrs for the money to reflect on their side, almost 5 days later and I haven’t heard anything from them. I tried to buy the same items using a different bank card and the same thing happened again on the 17th, money gone from my account and no order. I called Mr price AGAIN, and now almost 4 days later, still nothing from their side. I kept calling their customer care and following up and the last person I spoke to put me ON HOLD FOR 17 MINUTES until I eventually dropped the call. I want my money back! I do not have any order number and I didn’t get any items of clothing. Reverse my money back into both my accounts.
