Modern day theft!

I clearly NEVER learn my lesson!

On the Saturday the 25th March 2017 whilst doing some online banking I accidently paid the sum of R590.93 into the Mr Price online account (I previously made a purchase with them & accidently used the "pay again"function but on the wrong account) The money was debited from my account immediately but as I was leaving the office there was nothing I could do till I got to the office on Monday.

As soon as I got into the office on Monday I sent through my problem to their helpline and explained to them what had happened. A lady by the name of Nicole contacted me asking for a copy of my bank statement showing that the money had been paid in which was understandable. I comp**** and sent through my banking details & the bank statement which clearly showed that the money was debited from my account into their account. We are into the 3rd week and about 18 emails back and forth and basically Mr Price is telling me that no money is in their account and they refusing to refund the money. The account details are all correct and the money was debited and the transaction was successful, all FNB statements show the money was paid through. Yet Mr Price is still denying having received the money.

I am extremely annoyed to say the least as this is not my 1st issue I have had with Mr Price Online.
