Mobile *****

<p>i received a phone call asking me if i was interested in getting a sim card from mr price mobile, i did not want one and neither did i receive a sim card. So after paying my account for the last 6months i noticed that i only have R 35 in my account - at this stage i almost paid R2000 which is not reflecting. I phoned them and they said i have a sim card on my name which im paying for so i told them to cancel it and i will need the money back i have paid as i paid for a service which i did not receive. They said they going to get the phone call record and see if they misled me in any way and if i agreed to the sim card, that will take 3days and then afterwards the money will be back in my account after 21 days. Now its a month later and every time i phone them i get the response of "the call has not yet been reviewed". but even if the call is reviewed and i "agreed" to it i still paid for a sim card which i never received and thus not used. </p>
