I am disgusted with MRP, I have cancelled a mobile contract and the simcard is still with MRP, I work Nightshift and regularly paynmy account, I checked the balance online on Friday 15/12/17 and found that R700+ has been deducted for mobile. I called through and queried - advising that I have not purchased this, the team told me that it is the prepaid mobile number that is with my 12 yr old daughter. I have not authorized transactions nor given her my access codes, I have not received any warning on my mobile not confirmation of transactions, the agent told me to get an affidavit, which I did, the investigation team was to send me data summary etc, nothing happened and I was going use this account for Christmas things.
