MISTREATMENT BY MR PRICE HAZYVIEW & MRP INSURANCE, MONITOR ADMINISTRATOR INSURANCE

So yesterday I went to Mr Price (CANAL WALK) and never ever have I been so disappointed and disrespected in my life s a customer.

For staters , the lines at this branch are ridiculous(but understandable because people are shopping for Christmas) but this branch can do better because they have 2 different pay point( one in front and one at the back)

After standing in the queue for over 30 minutes to collect my Layby, I finally get to the till and pay and I was told to wait for someone to collect my layby .I joined another line of people waiting for their laybys(mind you there's 2 people that went to the back home the previous week and they were told by one of the Mr Price Consultant that they can't find their layby's and that they come back the following week(which was yesterday) .

There was one lady who was promised by the store manager that her layby will be sent to her nearest branch and that she will be contacted(which NEVER HAPPENED)

We stood there waiting for our layby's to be collected and the consultant came back and said "we can't find your layby's and the only thing we can offer you is a refund"

No tell me, how the hell do you not find a CUSTOMER'S layby? Why is Mr Price hiring *********** staff?(INCLUDING A STORE MANAGER) Their staff has attitude and rude towards customers, they know nothing about customer service.

After we were offered a refund, I told the ladies that were in the line with me to refuse the refund and ask the consultant to go look for the items thoroughly, I quickly asked one of the till operator to call the store manager because their store telephone number was not on the slip(which is another problem if you ask me ).

Eventually a lady came (coloured lady who's one of the manager's at the store) and I quickly addressed the matter with her and she was the one that made sure that we get our layby's(It is unfortunate they all their staff wasn't wearing any name tags except for their seasonals)

The two ladies that were told the previous week that their layby's are no where to be found ended up getting their layby's , this angers me because how many people have been mistreated and disrespected by Mr Price consultants?

People waste money and resources travelling to their store only to get this disgusting service.

This is absurd!!! I would never recommend this store to anyone..
