MISTREATMENT BY MR PRICE HAZYVIEW & MRP INSURANCE, MONITOR ADMINISTRATOR INSURANCE

On the 14th of NovemberI claimed insurance for my two phones that were ******. I submitted all the required documents via email and got an automated response that I would get a call within 48 hours, I also went to the store to make a follow up since no one was calling concerning this. Adelaide the one who handles insurance claims called numerous times to make follow up and each time she was promised that the issue was directed to the relevant department and that someone would call soon. Now it's been almost 3 weeks and I have not heard from Mr Price or Megan from the insurance MONITOR ADMINISTRATORS that are handling the claim. Each time we call them they say they can not locate the claim and we go through a process of authentication, giving name, email address until they locate the documents and we start the whole process all over again. It's been very taxing financially as I have had to travel to and from the branch.

I have all the proof to support this abusive inconveniencing act.

I would advise everyone not to buy cellphones from Mr Price and take insurance, it's a robbing game.
