mistakenly approved.

app**** for a account got approved, picked up my card and signed everything. Got a call the next day saying it was a mistake and blocked the account . Now i have this account on my record and u send me insurance contracts and stuff. Now this is not good on my credit record and your call centers are useless will not recommend u to anybody or support any store connected to the mr price group. Just one question how the F@CK do u approve a account mistakenly and give hope and just destroy it like that!!!!!!
