missing watch+missing customer service

I recently ordered a bunch of things on Mr Price online. When I received the package I saw that a watch I bought was missing. The card were the watch sits was torn and taped back with duct tape, I immediately tried calling the phoenix branch but got no answer I then contacted the call center and got no answer, lastly I spoke to an online agent on a chat, and was asked to send pics of what I received. I did so. Up until today I have had no response regarding this issue or a refund done. I honestly do not want to shop here again after this. I even visited the store and they were not interested and said take it up with head office. This has cost me time and money and I am highly annoyed
