MISSING PHONE

19 April I returned an item to this store. Security took the items as requested. I realised I left my Samsung S4 in the packet. When I got to the front the phone was taken. I reported to the manager and no steps or procedures were taken. They don't have CCTV for me to see. I contacted Head Office who investigated and informed me that there was certain procedure that could have been taken to see if any of the staff had my phone. They have taken steps against the manager and they have given them training how to handle this situation in future. Unacceptable as you staff incompetence has cost me a phone and a sim swop out my pocket. . The security who I handed the packet to had to take me to the store manager the second time. He said as we were walking with a smirky smile that he is the manager. The manager told me he highly doubts his staff would do that. So what was he trying to say to me.I am so disappointed as to how this whole situation was handled. Even more annoying knowing that the Manager Didn't know how to handle the situation. <br>
