Missing payment

This business is a ****, I made a payment on the 27/12/2024 for the full owing balance because I wish to close this account till today it not reflecting on the account when I call the call centre they just said I should send the proof of payment. I don’t why now it a big issue to find my payment when it big amount but on the 20/12/2024 I paid R505 with the same payment method it reflected quickly. Better find my R4466 and allocate it to my account and close it because I can not be keep calling the call centre it frustrating
