Missing laybye

Poor service, went to collect my laybye and waited for 3 hours only to be told that they cannot find my laybye .I kept asking for the manager but the manager never came.worse part is that I have not eaten anything only have taxi fare with me that time iam diabetic as a result my sugar level is very high I need to see a doctor . Iam also going home in the Eastern Cape without my sons chlothes what will I explain to my son. Mr Price century city you just ruined my holiday spirit the reason we labye chlothes early is because we want to get the best not the leftovers .
