Missing items

These days avoid ordering online on Mr Price. I ordered on the 17th of July, my parcel arrived on the 28th of July. It was a on store delivery and instead of receiving of all of my stuff,1 pair of utility joggers and 5 pack Anklets were missing. I was supposed to be contacted last week during the week in regards to them and i have not received no call whatsoever. I sent an email regarding my order on the helpline last week Wednesday no reply at all. I can not accept this!! How long must I wait? No refund or voucher was given to me whatsoever there only thing I have been given is SILENCE!
