Missing items

My wife and went to Mr Price Store in Menlyn Pretoria Tonight to Purchase a few items today as we needed them the next day.

As we paid for the items the was a pair of female shoes of which the barcode was unclear as my wife went to pick up another pair to rescan after a few minutes I went to look for her leaving the items we where to pay for with the casher i hardly took a minute away from the casher only to see my wife return I than turned back . we proceeded to pay for all our items only to find out that when we got home one item was missing from the clothes we bought I would like this matter to be resolved this is unacceptable that items can just disappear from a bag with no explanation I don't trust Mr Price anymore the trust is broken.
