missing item-refusing to reund

I ordered online, and when parcel came there was 1 missing item. I queried it same day but was told they offline, a lady Chrieshney, promise to get back to me, a wekk later, still nothing. I called again, spoke to another lady the following day, who also promised to get back to, and still noting. I paid for this item and now nobody want to take accountability and either send me the (lost/******) item, or re-fund me. Mr price is really disgusting, i will not ever support them.
