Missing item? or False adverti*****t?

Always sitting with the problem of missing items from my online orders and take forever to get a response from them so that I can be refunded.

If the item it out of stock just communicate ahead of time or instantly refund. This is ridiculous by now you’d think they have it sorted considering they constantly “upgrading”
