Missed payment and arrear ITC profile (clearscore) when the my account is up to date!

I paid my account on the last day of the month, in store. Mr Price listed my account as arrears and missed payment on Clearscore. I called Mr Price call centre who old me I must call ITC to correct it. . YOU MADE THE MESS MR PRICE, YOU FIX IT! I askes to speak to the credit Manager and after being put on hold for 20minutes listening to dreadful music I nearly hanged up, Rishai said the his team leader said that I must work the profile!!!!!!.
