Misrepresentation and no Terms and Conditions to define a Promotion

Mr Price are currently running a Buy one Get one Free promo on their Priced to Go Favs. I purchased a selection of ladies items. But I did not get the associated discount or the free item as the title implies, buy one get one free!!! Also even though the Ad states T's and C's Apply - but there are no T's and C's for this promo anywhere on the website. ALSO how do you run a buy one get one free promo without the necessary stock ??? This is misrepresentation in it's grossest form!!! I raised this with Customer Care through the website and was told by Sindisiwe Sibisi that the items were discounted as per the promo, but I didn't see a 50% difference in the final price nor were additional items added to my basket.
