Misplaced orders and no delivery

The worst delivery service in this day and age! And their call centre agents do not know what's going on! Ordered a substantial parcel online promised delivery by Friday. Order still not here, at first they could even find the order number *** and then they keep saying it's still processing a week later! Do not pay for their courier it's useless!
