Misleading the customer

I ordered a shoe advertised on the Mr Price website and was told its out of stock after a week and the refund will take 5-7 working days. Then yesterday I saw the exact item advertised again and I was again able to purchase the item. Today when I checked the item is not available on the site. This is misleading and misinforming the customer as it allows you to purchase and it debits the funds immediately however we are then told the item is out of stock and have to wait a week for the refund. This is terrible customer service and I want the order ********** 63509cancelled and my money refunded immediately. I am still waiting for my 1st refund. Sort it out ASAP and stop being dishonest.
