Misleading information
On Sunday the 8th i bought an incorrect size on a trouser, Monday the 9th i called the store to arrange for an exchange, i was assisted by a lady who did confirmed that the store had a box which was not yet packed out as per stock holding on the system, i asked if i can send someone for an exchange she agreed, when the person i sent got to the store, she got returned on season that \It was a procedure for them to get that stock out
