MILADYS AND MR PRICE CARDS

I received a sms that my Miladys card is linked to the Mr Price group and I received a voucher to use, when shopping. When I came at the till the integration was not done, they've requested me to come back in a day or two. I went back almost a week later, did the shopping, when I came at the till it was not accepting my card again then they said my details need to change to 12 months, we did everything. After three weeks I went back again - it was still not working. By this time the vouchers also expired. Please resolve this issues
