****mers of note.dont open account with them

I opened an account with Mr price last year December, then I went to Mr price wonderboom to get the card,when I got there I was given a card and a Sim card I was it was a free Sim for Mr price account customers,I've never used the account but to my surprise I owe R600 when I ask why they say it's for the sum...I've never even used the Sim and I didn't even ask for it,earlier this I called them they said I should wait 30 days the mrp mobile department would cancel it.they haven't it has even went up to 600...they call me now when I try to explain what I was told they drop my calls ....these people are ****mers and they take advantage of us customers, I'm taking this up with the CGSO,maybe they'll do things right.
