Merino mall Mr Price staff are rude

The attitude and service of yesterday staff am shocked at ermelo marino mall (25/06/23) I was returning a purchase I did on Saturday … too my surprise the pants had stains and they wanted to push the blame on me… my main problem is how the matter was approach from the staff leaving me at the till point when she’s done with the process without informing me to the previous day shouting at that she did the sale and the pants were not stained. The manager or who ever was in charge just watching with no help or assistance. If the service you teach people at the store I wonder have put feeling less then. I demand an apology from both cashiers as that’s not what customer service is I worked in retail and this is disgusting 🤢
