Menlyn Mall Mr Price inconsiderate

Mr Price at Menlyn mall needs to get a better manager who communicates to customers. The customers were all kicked out of the store due to an "emergency".Told to get in line and wait, we waited 30mins outside before center management came to tell us that the store is closed for the day. I phoned head office but the store wasn't even answering their calls. Was promised to get a call back from head office but never did today. If it was an emergency, why were all the employees still inside?
