Mediocre service staff creating own Rules Mr Price

My wife bought a track pants for on Friday, 17 June 2022 at Mr Price Wonderpark. She realised that she took the wrong size, but they didn't have my size. So she drove to town to look for my size. She find my size at Mr Price Pretoria CBD. When she enter the shop the security told her she can't exchange items bought on the same day. She entered the store anyway and find my size. She went to the cashier who also refused to exchange the size. She told her to come the next day. When she got home I checked the Mr Price policy at the back of the receipt. There was nothing mentioned about not being allowed to exchange items purchased on the same day. So why is your staff and security creating their own rules. Who's going to pay for our petrol to return to the store for exchange. I need answers and action. Your staff and security could be doing more things that you are not aware of. Very Poor and inhumane service.
