Mediocre service

On the 2nd of June I payed off my Mr price account. And asked the gentleman to close it off. He told me that he can not do that on the day I must come back the following day. This was at protea Gardens. I went to Eastgate and asked them to close it they told me it's weekend they cannot call head office. I think the guy is Dumisani very rude. I was overcharged on the day by 10 rands. I went back no apologies nothing they just did the exchange him and zanel.if I'm not mistaken. Kiddies Mr price Eastgate. I tried to write an email to customer service no response. I went to Bedford they told me I cannot close it I need to settle 340 that I'm owing to my surprise I thought I don't owe them at all they told me it's funeral cover that I didn't even apply for.

I called customer service only to be answered by the rudest slindile nzuza . Telling me to pay before she can close it I tried explaining what happened she was not interested. I then asked if I can speak to someone who will explain how do I owe funeral cover I didn't even apply for she just said she will transfer me to the insurance. Now I see where the staff get the training from even people at head office are rude. Wow
