Me Price Insurance ****

I opened an account at Me Price , June 2024. I never requested insurance nor offered one. I took cloths then paid without issues. In December of same year, i took cloths again on credit. I started paying in January 2025, only to find that i have insurance and all payments i make since january 2025 all goes to it. I have been to Me Price several times and everytime they call callcenter and mention Insurance, the call stay online with no one picking up. This will be the 5th month trying to resolve. Been paying 300 but all goes to the instance i have no knowledge of and with no help from Me Price
