BAD SERVICE % *********** ONLINE SYSTEM FOR ONLINE PURCHASES I bought a gift voucher online on the 6th of June 2021, today is the 10th yet i have not received voucher on my email address, when i call them no one answers the phone i have been holding for 2 hours. Their WhatsApp is useless they just told me the was a technical error on the website and i need to re order the voucher after waiting for 4 days for an electronic voucher the was suppose to be delivered to an email address same time.
i don't know why they do online purchase when they don't have an I.T department .\ Don't buy online cause you will be disappointed like me i have never experienced such disappointment with other retail shops with online orders.
