Maternity leave

Women on maternity leave need more support from Mr Price. I have had a Mr Price account for more than 5 years. Ive always paid my account on time. I gave birth to my child at 34 weeks and spent almost 3 weeks in the hospital. I notified Mr Price that I was on Maternity leave which was earlier than planned and will only be able to pay my account onxe I get my first UIF draw. That wasnt enough. I get phoned every second day by the rudest people who have no empathy. I must explain my situation when everything is on their system. It is the most frustrating and unaccepable service I have ever had to deal with.

Do better please especially with new moms! You have no idea the amount of stress and pressure a new mother is under!!!! Habe a standard protocol to follow for moms who are on Maternity leave and need releif from their installments due!!!!
