Markdown Label on a wrong item

On Friday, the 10th of July I took the blazzer I bought at the Boulders branch to the Bloed branch because it had a factory fault, but the manager told me that I should take it back to the Boulders branch because it was the branches fault and not theirs, I told her that it was one company, that was whe she said I can exchange it. I went to the ladies Rt department and saw a blazzer with a red label marked at R89, 99. It was a size 'Small', I went to fit it, but it was big. I took the smaller size marked R169,99. I assumed that they probably did not mark all of them for the R89,99 price. I joined the queue and was assisted by Bongane, the cashier. I told him tht I came to exchange, he scanned the item, but the price remained R169,99. I told him that I saw one of the blazzer marked at R89,99. I went to take it and when I came back he told me to join the queue again. I was so angry, but I joined the queue and was assisted by Robert, before I could explain the prices situation, he told me tht I should take it back to the Boulders branch, the manager said he can do the exchange and he scanned the R89,99 price and gave me R50 change. The staff's ignorance will cost the company.
