Manually use my identity number instead of date issued because my id number is correct and my date of birth aswell as my face recognition to my smart identity card

This was my outcome today after doing an online application at mr price my account was approved i did come with my original smart identity card, when i enquire at my bank branch i used it, when i open an account everywhere i used it, this lady at bellville branch near middistad mall refuse to hand me my card today and was sarcastic and rude went i politely ask if they "Mr Price" can manually scan my id because apparently when they scan my id home affairs issue date dont match with mr price that is why i politely ask if she can perhaps escalate and verify using my id number instead of the date issued, because my date of birth is correct and identity number is correct and face recognition is identical to my smart id card instead she was very rude no we dont do id stuff here go to home affairs in a very rude manner
