Manipulate ****** ***** ********

I write this post on behalf of regional manager of MR price at flagstaff to do the investigation about their store manager Anele who run a company like a tavern. I have my young sister Vuyiseka who worked for the company for 4 years. At the same time she's been studying her degree for part time. On October 2020 she have to attend full time as she was behind because of pandemic. By that time it was only 3 months left to complete her degree.

She talked to her store manager Anele. And ask study leave to complete this 3 month left. She was told that study leave is only7 days not more. Anele convinced her to resign ,She tried to tell Anele she doesn't want to resign but Anele keeps on manipulating her and also promised to take her back when she is done and he even said he talked with Johann Smith which is area manager and smith promised that as soon she done Anele will take her back. Vuyiseka listened to her boss. She didn’t realize this man has been planning this so he can employ his favourites. Immediately Vuyiseka done her modules she went back to the shop and alert Anele she is back. That’s where Anele told her he doesn't have space for her.

As I’m her sister who been take responsibility for her during her short time study then I knew she will return back to her work after. I can’t do this anymore now. I told Anele if he don’t want Vuyiseka anymore he should fired her straight instead of this nonsense he did. Because she will be able to claim all her funds to get survived. Also the company should have provided her with the dismissal letter that she can submit to all her credits. I told Anele I’m not begging him to take Vuyiseka back but he have to do the right thing for my sister, so that she can be able to claim her funds. If there is no position why he keeps employing daily basis. I will be glad if a regional manager do investigation of this Allegation. Maybe Vuyiseka is not the first person who experiencing this. But because of lack knowledge poor people end up missing their jobs just like that. and is Painful some people are breadwinners to their families. Mrp is not a fly by night company where they need managers like Anele who will run business like Tarven. He had no rights to convincedVuyiseka to resign when he knows very well that he can't take her back, he shoul have left her and do as she was planning to do. I need justice on this case and I reported to ombudsman also.
