*********** Manger from Heidelberg Mall

I am so disappointed and disgusted with the service I recieved from Mr Price Heidelberg, the manager was assisting me with a Laybye where I took an item from the shelf that did not have a price tag thinking it was maybe on sale than I got to the tills were there was also a que of angry customers from the slow service, I was laybyeing two items and the 3rd that didn’t have a price tag only to find out that it was too expensive for my budget but instead of her overriding she told me there is no way she’s gonna do that cos it will take too much her time and she processed the laybye of the items I did not want and now I can’t speak to someone higher than her because she is the manager and her attitude was a disgrace
