Manager unable to perform Mrp culture

Saturday I was at Ngebs City Mall, seating in the mall chairs next to Mrp entrance. While I was seating there I was disturbed by the noise / fight that was happening at the entrance of the store just inside the store. There were 4 people at the door - guy with dreadlocks, store manager ( I'm a regular customer that's why I'm able to identify the manager) and 2 sales assistant (guy & lady).

On my observation this guy was shouting at the girl while holding her by the T-shirt. What made me angry in this situation is that it was happening in front of the manager and he was doing nothing, just smiling as if he is enjoying this. How can you proudly call yourself a branch manager if you allow situations like these to happen in your presence and in full view of customers and be entertained? Is Mrp condoning this kind of behaviour?

Disciplinary actions need to be taken.
