Manager bullying staff infront of customers

I had a terrible experience of Mr Price at Dobsinville shopping center. The manager was literally bullying one of the staff member infront of the customers. It was such a sad experience really because when the employee refused to go clean the toilets of which it was "not part of job description " according to the girl, the manager started yelling at her, calling her useless things all she knows is to open her legs and make babies. I'm writing to you because I can't help but wonder, if this manager can say such horrible things infront of the customers, what about at the back of the store...as a customer I felt disrespected that I ended up not buying anymore. .. what kind of management does that? Does she even have the s****s of management nor the qualifications?

Cashiers and packers are not taken serious in some retailersort and this is not fair.
