Making profit in a wrong way

This shop is making money out of poor .i don't owe them anything but statement was sent to me with R48 balance. Isaw interest fee and i m confused interest for what because i paid them wht i was owing. Thr only amount i wll understand is protection card but the rest is *****. I need answers they cant rob be jsut like that.
