MABEL ANNOYING ATTITUDE

I WENT TO MR PRICE ON THE 08TH AUGUST TO BUY SOME ITEMS AND WHILST I WAS INFRONT I HEARED THE VOICE NEXT CUSTOMER BUT I DID NOT SEE FROM STAFF WHO WAS CALLING FOR NEXT CUSTOMER AND I LOOKED AND THE CUSTOMER THAT WAS ALREADY AT THE TILL MAKE ME AWARE OF WHERE TO GO. ON MY ARRIVAL I ASKED THE CASHIER WHY DIDNT SHE CALL AGAIN AS THEY DONT HAVE THE FACILITY FOR SHOWING WHICH TILL NUMBER IS AVAILABLE AND SUPRISINGLY THE CASHIER TOLD ME THAT SHE WILL NOT SCREAM IF AM NOT FOCUSING ON THE QUEUE AND SHE VEN TOLD ME THAT WHEN AM AT THE QUEUE I MUST BE IN TUNE NOT OUT OF TUNE. SO I ASKED HER IF THAT IS THE RIGHT WAY OF TALKING TO CUSTOMERS AND INSTEAD OF RESPONDING TO ME SHE TOLD HER OTHER COLLEAGUE THAT SHE IS SICK OF SCREAMING AND PEOPLE ARE EXPECTING THEM TO SCREAM AND THE COLLEAGUE ALSO AGREED THAT SHE IS ALSO SICK OF SCREAMING AS SHE HAD ALSO TO REQUEST FOR APPROVAL FOR DEBIT TO GO THROUGH. AM SO DISAPPOINTED AND ALL OF THEM DONT EVEN HAVE NAME TAGS BUT I CHECKED MY TILL SLIP HER NAME IS MABEL.
