<p>I bought with a dinaled awards card. It went through and needed my signature. The cashier didn't know what to do and went to the manager... they cancelled the transaction and tried to do it again and it declined because the money was insufficient while while the first time it just needed a signature. We called the customer service and they told me as well as the cashier that it went through the first time around and declined the second time because it was insufficient. Money was taken out and we didn't receive any goods. I want a refund. We waited for hours </p>
