I have a Big problem with Mr price my sister's child died September last year in an accident he has 2 policies with Mr price we submitted a claim upto today we haven't received any answers no payment for the claim they don't even answer their calls when we do follow up .it's been long trying to claim can Mr price explain what is the matter why are you not paying the claim
