Love of money trumps customer service

<p>I placed an order online on Sunday 27th Nov, paid the additional amount for the 1 to 3 day delivery, as the items are a gift for my daughters 11th birthday on the 1st december. I logged on yesterday to track my order to see that it is still being processed. Called your "help line" and the lady I spoke to said she would follow up and get back to me. That didn't happen. This morning I logged on again to check on the order: it was still listed as being processed. I phoned and spoke to Sthembiso. He indicated that there were problems due to influx of orders on black friday and cyber monday, he would look into it and get back to me. So I have been told that due to the large volume of orders which mr price is clearly not equipped to handle, the items that I have ordered and paid for, for my daughter's birthday on the 11th, can only be delivered to me on the 12th. I cannot cancel and get a refund because the items are already at the courier. Well done mr price. Clearly the love of money was all you thought about and spared no thought for your customers and whether or not you would actually be able to deliver as promised. Every time that I have called, it's taken between 20 to 30 minutes per call. I have asked to speak to a manager twice, but strangely, the managers are either on a call or in a meeting. Absolutely disgusted with your service and your complete disregard for your customers. I will reject the order when it eventually arrives and although it won't make a difference to your bottom line, you'll never get any of my money ever again. I have asked for a manager to return my call, but that would mean that you were actually attending to customer service, so I won't hold my breath.</p>
