lost Prada glasses

<p>i need help i got a phone call from one guy who told me he is the regional manager for north of johannesburg Mr price shops and asked me what happend to my glasses in his shop in woodmead, his answer was that i was negligent and he wont relace my glasses, but what i dont understand is that how was i neglegent when i left my glasses in his fitting rooms whereas there was no customers in the fitting rooms and only his employees. i really Hello Peter to assist in this matter because my glasses got lost in his shop with no customers in the fitting but only his employees. please help me i need my glasses.</p>
