Lost phone

I accidentally misplaced my phone in the store after my shopping. When I went back it was not there, however when I did find my Iphone it pointed me back in the store. No one owned up to seeing the phone. The ladies did look around with me and tried to assist but that got us nowhere. Hours later the phone was still showing Atlas mall Boksburg. I feel they don't care about their customers at all.
