Lost of ****** phone

Today on the 22 of April 2021, as we where shopping I, girlfriend and mother in law. My girlfriend was ****** by mr price employee who managed to hand out the phone to his public friends outside the shop. We tried to require help from the manager but they was just poor and insufficient response, with poor customer care and work ethics, no professionalism and centric. We managed to track our phone with our tracks but the phone was muted to silent, then switched off later on while indicating that the phone was around the premises of the shop. We would like to raise a flag of complaint and this is because it isn't the first team similar incidents occurred nor taken place in the VERY same shop. It was at protea glen mall.
