Lost of personal information

<p>I was offered an credit increase on my account multible times, when i finally excepted I went into the store and gave in the needed paperwork for the to ivaluate.</p> <p>I was told that it would take about 24 hours and that they would be in contact with me.</p> <p>I went in on the third day to find out what the hold up was but they could not assist me beacause of the fact that the phone wasnt working at the time. I then proceeded to contact them myself on the toll free number where i was cut off three different times.</p> <p>on the fourth day, still no reply i went in only to find out that they lost my paperwork witch was sent thru three sepetare times.</p> <p>Paperwork witch contains my personal information, that i trusted they would handle correctly, but they lost it.</p> <p> </p> <p>I only hope they don't loose everyones papers.</p> <p> </p>
