lost my phone in your store

I was at Mr Price Greenacres yesterday I lost my phone and I only realised that when I was 5minutes away from the store when I went back I asked the manager about the procedures of checking the footage since no one knew anything about it and they said there are no cameras in the store, a very big store like that with no cameras I was dissappointed .. I am still angry at how I didn't get any whereabouts of my phone.. I even tried to call it several times and it was still ringing but immediately the store was closed it went straight to voicemail and I found that very strange I am very dissapppointed I am even gonna cancel out my account with you and never go back to your store
